Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from arrival date to the customer. Items returned for money back or exchanged for store credit must:
- Include the original proof of purchase and packaging
- Be in new condition, or;
- Have a manufacturer defect, or;
- Be a wrongfully shipped item
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will refund your purchase amount minus the cost of original freight within 15 days.
Not feeling your new LUMBR? We are happy to exchange them for you! You pay to send them our way and we'll cover the shipping expenses to send you a new pair. That simple!
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We will not accept any worn, used, dropped, broken or scratched items. All items must have the original tags included in the return postage.
